As Roger reported below, Waterleaf Women's Center was dedicated yesterday just down the block from Planned Parenthood. My wife April and I were there for the dedication ceremony led by Fr. Thomas Milota of Saints Peter and Paul Church in Naperville, and I wanted to share a picture of the event.

40 Days for Life begins Wednesday, September 23, and one of our goals this year in Aurora is to get more people active in the crucial work of witnessing for life outside the abortuary.
This fall, Fox Valley Families Against Planned Parenthood will once again join the national 40 Days for Life campaign. Our vigil will take place September 23 through November 1 outside Planned Parenthood Aurora.
NARAL, the National Abortion Rights Action League, held their a national "Power of Choice" fundraising luncheon at the Swissotel in downtown Chicago on Thursday May 7, 2009. Fox Valley activists joined the Pro-Life Action League was there to remind them what "Choice" really means.

Saturday, April 18 was FVFAPP's monthly third Saturday protest and, for the first time in months, the weather was beautiful.
On April 10, Good Friday, over 120 pro-lifers gathered outside of Planned Parenthood Aurora to pray "The Way of the Cross for Victims of Abortion."
One of the central issues in the fight against HB2354 is the impact it could have on our kids by way of the mandatory sex-ed it would impose on all Illinois public schools.
