Tom spoke between the judge and the prosecutor explaining he could not adequately mount a defense without seeing/hearing the planned parenthood recordings. (on 24 hours) He explained that the police department presumedly viewed such prior to arrest, and he had not yet been privy. In two weeks there will be a status hearing and my understanding is that at that time Tom B. will be tol;d about his request for those recordings.
