What of the 'vague and obscure' OR 'clear and precise' distinction between COMPROMISE and MODERATION?

It's IMPOSSIBLE for anything possessing intelligence (reasoning) to be NEUTRUAL about EXISTENCE!

As crazy as it is.....it's because the murdering is NOT considered murder! That's the only way neutruality could be accepted.

"crazy".....as in America will NOT END ABORTION untill America KNOWS abortion!

"Illinois does not wish to be perceived as endorsing any position on abortion"

BUT THE KILLING (MURDERS) CONTINUE!

What in hell can "neutrality" mean??? (cool it Jerry, we're talking about a "state" position, NOT persons!

(I think it's a extremely suttle, but real distinction)

Is it wrong for me to laugh at the subtle irony of posting onto the "PP plays dirty" page that Obama won…?

Go for it! Between the Obama win, the Foster win, the fact that Colorado and South Dakota (along with most of the country) don't agree with your extremist stance on this issue at all and now THIS! You folks are really having a bad week...but the country seems to be getting back on track.

Prior replies:

"Is not perfection an extreme?"

"Perhaps perfection is in the middle and not at the extremes?"

This reply:

Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary Eleventh Edition 2007 page 919;

1perfect....."3e: of an extreme kind"

Conclusion:

Notwithstanding any objections, I respectfully terminate this line of thought.

[Especially in light of #10, #13, and #15....which, (to me at least), are fantastic!]

Let's be very clear about abortion extremism (Re Student, 8:35). Last night did indeed see the emergence of a new level of abortion extremism. But it was not in grass roots efforts to bring about new protections for the unborn. Rather, the extreme abortion position was seen at the top of the Democratic ticket.

If someone can produce a credible survey that shows that the vast majority of Americans share Obama's position on partial birth abortion and BAIPA then it should be looked at. Of course such a study cannot be produced because, unlike Obama, the majority of Americans favor at least some restrictions on abortion, and a super-majority of Americans favor bans against partial birth abortion and allowing infants born alive to die unattended.

President-elect Obama may be a pro-abortion hero to the tiny minority of Americans who share his pro-abortion extremism, but his views certainly do not reflect the beliefs of the super-majority on this issue.
