Now that the BGI committee has extended the proverbial olive branch there is a real opportunity for the Government Ops committee to reciprocate and call the special meeting. If any other issue had half of the outpouring this one did with some 40 speakers showing up to address the council my bet is that it would have moved through quickly. Perhaps it will yet.
