Former employees sue Steve Trombley and Planned Parenthood

It seems we're not the only ones suing and Planned Parenthood/Chicago Area and PP/CA CEO Steve Tombley. One of our researchers recently uncovered two lawsuits that reveal some internal strife at PP/CA.
In one suit, Dr. Murray Pelta, O.B. Gyn, medical director at PP/CA for ten years, is suing Planned Parenthood and its CEO Steve Trombley for firing him in violation of his employment agreement.
In his Verified Complaint [PDF], Pelta states that he did favors for Trombley, like writing “discreet” medial prescriptions for Trombley’s personal use, without recording or reporting them.

I saw these crosses here this morning at St. Peter's Church in Geneva when driving up to attend Patricia Bainbridge's talk on Planned Parenthood. I thought the shot would be a good graphic to accompany this open thread.
Here I am (see photo at right) this past May with my daughter Liza in our new garden. We're planting red peppers. Last night, Liza helped me make a big pot of chili using some of those very same peppers.

5:30 p.m. Here's the scene outside City Hall, where scores of pro-lifers are joined by scores of police officers picketing the mayor. If you look very closely you can see the three Planned Parenthood supporters down the sidewalk.
Last monday, October 1, Aurora Mayor Thomas Weisner and Corporation Counsel Alayne Weingartz declared in a closed-door press conference that, based on the results of three independent reports into allegations of fraud by Planned Parenthood, they had no choice but to issue an occupancy permit. So they did.
Mayor Tom Weisner had a press conference today at 3pm in which he told the press that the city would be issuing the occupancy permit sometime in the next 24 hours.
